In the last couple of weeks we have made a few changes in our diet.
I am starting to buy 2 % milk again. We switched to whole because we have our granddaughter here a lot. She is two now so I think it's safe to go with the 2%.
I got a little basket that I keep on the table for fruit. I think it helps keep the fruit standing out as an option.
I buy the frozen veggies and I cook the whole bag for a meal.
